Prior to real estate, Erica worked for a Fortune 500 company for nearly 20 years leading teams in strategic insights and marketing in the mortgage industry. Her property management experience began when she and her husband bought their first rental property in 2015.
She holds a Master of Arts degree in Management and became a licensed real estate agent in 2018 and licensed real estate broker in 2023. Expanding on her knowledge, she has since taken numerous property management courses, earning a Texas Residential Leasing Specialist certification in 2019.
Erica’s full understanding of real estate and the mortgage market means a better experience for her clients. As an investor herself, she understands the ins and outs of the market, how to analyze properties, and help determine if they are a good investment.
