R4U Realty Group was started when two families realized they could save time and money by joining forces and managing both of their rental portfolios together. This made things more efficient and created even happier tenants!

Meet the Team
Prior to real estate R4U, Erica worked for a Fortune 500 company for nearly 20 years leading teams in strategic insights and marketing in the mortgage industry. Her property management experience began when she and her husband bought their first rental property in 2015.
She holds a Master of Arts degree in Management and became a licensed real estate agent in 2018. Expanding on her knowledge, she has since taken numerous property management courses, earning a Texas Residential Leasing Specialist certification in 2019.
Erica’s has a full understanding of real estate and the mortgage market means a better experience for her clients. As an investor herself, she understands the ins and outs of the market, how to analyze properties, and help determine if they are a good investment.
With nearly 25 years of real estate experience, she is ready to help you meet your goals!

Jennifer has lived in Rockwall County since 2004 and has real estate experience all over DFW. She is experienced in helping clients buy and sell homes, leasing rental properties, and buying and selling investment properties.
She has been working full-time in real estate since 2013, helping her husband fix & flip houses as well as maintain their rental portfolio. She expanded their business in 2015 by earning her real estate license. She worked diligently and with the help of having a bachelor’s degree under her belt, became a licensed real estate broker in 2019.
Since the beginning she has been focused on helping investors grow their rental portfolio; clients sell their current home and find their dream home; renters find their perfect rental — all while continuing to work on fix & flips and helping expand the property management company.
